Nigeria surpasses Algerian Squad | FIBA Africa U16

At the ongoing FIBA Africa U16 tournament, team Nigeria get their third consecutive win against Algeria, 75-64.

Although already qualified for the quarter finals, the eight-man team, proved themselves yet again.

Despite scoring below 40%, the winning team made up for it on defense. A total of 11 steals was recored by Nigeria, which ranked them second position in the table (84); while Mali tops with a total of 94 steals so far.

Team Nigeria also dominated in rebounds (70-42), asssits (15-10), and blocks (2-1).

Half of the team made at least 10 points in today's outcome.

Nigeria would face off against Tunisia on Friday at the quarter final stage.
